Samsung might be forced to show his prototypes

Continues the lawsuit by Samsung to Apple and vice versa. The society of Korean House blames iPhone had copied the design of its products with the Galaxy and, in turn, accuses Cupertino Samsung infringed patents concerning telephony.

At the moment the Court seems to turn in favor of Apple. Judge Lucy Koh has determined that it may be necessary to see five prototypes of products not yet marketed to verify if this "inspiration" is spreading for future smartphones and tablet.

Show products covered at the time, from industrial secret may damage Samsung and Apple in the strategies of the coming months. Will the giant Galaxy to convince that this choice is not helpful to the process?
